The staff were very friendly and helpful and could assist with all enquires. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained everything felt really clean. The breakfast was amazing, delicious and with options to suit everyone. I utilised the laundry service here which was roughly a 5 hour turn around and extremely affordable and handy. The gym and pool facilities were fantastic with good views. My only two notes would be - there is a fair bit of construction going on in the area so can be noisy at times. The spa was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend. Overall an 8.5/10 stay

A great stay for over a week. The hotel is in an excellent location - close to the beach and many good restaurants. Very nice room and amenities. Good facilities. The pool is nice. The gym is very basic, but still usable. The main stars, however, are the staff. The front desk were excellent and incredibly helpful. The waiting staff and housekeeping were great. The hotel services were well priced - the excellent laundry service was very helpful. Breakfast has a wide variety of options and the afternoon tea is a nice touch. The restaurant kitchen makes good food. Eating my meal by the rooftop pool on the evening I arrived was a great way to start the trip. Also, the pool area is a nice calm place to relax. I enjoyed reading my book and drinking a coffee up there. Once again, thanks to the great staff who helped make my stay great. I hope to visit again.

Staff is excellent Ryan, Bobby and lovely Helen go above and beyond to ensure you have a nice stay. The room is spacious and clean, nice shower, breakfast is amazing lots of options including bacon and an egg station plus Vietnamese noodle soup. This hotel is on a very busy street. Lots of very loud jackhammer construction goes on from first thing until 9 at night. Karaoke close by so be prepared for loud bass thumping house music along with tone deaf singers jamming it up until about 10 pm some evgs. Horn honking, loud motorcycle vendors, it was a lot and perhaps my expectations were not as I envisioned as I knew it would be busy but you cannot escape the noise by simply closing the door, it did get to me as we were there for a few weeks. Bit of a mildew smell in the wardrobe gets into your clothes. An average stay to be fair in a very well staffed hotel. Close to beach and tons of restaurants. Beach is beautiful!

The staff at the hotel is superb! Special shout out to Amy who is very accommodating. She actually helped us plan our stay in Da Nang and where to go. We felt like we were treated like a friend during our stay. Amy will go the extra mile to help you make your vacation easy and enjoyable. We had an early checkout as our flight is at 6am. They even pack us breakfast to go.WoW!!! amazing customer service!! Also their location is also very good. We will use this hotel again if we go back to Da Nang.

This is a great hotel. The floor manager, Robe, and Jenny are all so wonderful. The bed and pillows are perfect. I didn’t have a problem with the A/C in my room. The location is in the middle of everything. The breakfast buffet is excellent and so is the afternoon tea time. I will definitely stay here again next time!
