Stayed for two nights Oct 10 to 12 upon check in was greeted by friendliest customer service rep Nancy. Nancy was great, communicating with me via WhatsApp, helped greatly with any request we had & spoke fluent English.Hotel had great amenities, utilized the fitness center, breakfast was so delicious. Overall, a first class stay. Nancy & the staff provided impeccable service. Everyone was attentive & welcome. Would highly recommend this property & a must stay next time I'm in Hoi An.

We stayed in one of the Presidential suite rooms. The amenities were very nice, including the welcoming gifts of food and wine in the room, many certificates for discounts on dining and services, the spa pool in the suite, and a second en-suite bathroom. Ame, in charge of Guest Relations, was always quick to anticipate our needs. She looked after us, making sure we took advantage of services and discounts for things. She was a real professional, but also a genuinely sweet and friendly person. All around it was a five star experience.

The hotel and staff are perfect. I booked the president suite and it was worth it. The room was full of thoughtful touches for my partners birthday. The spa is fantastic. All of the staff have looked after us like family and I cannot thank Lily enough. I wish I could stay longer. 💕

Staying at the Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel in Hoi An has been an absolute pleasure. The Management and staff, especially Aimee, Kathy, and Lilly, and Nancy have been so welcoming and attentive—they’ve really made my stay special. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it changes daily. The decor throughout the hotel is stunning, with a high-end. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed, with crown molding, soft lighting, and all the amenities you could want, it feels modern and luxurious. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An. Update after having dinner The dining experience at Sunflower in the Grand Sunrise Palace, Hoi An, is nothing short of culinary perfection. Each dish is a masterpiece, crafted with the utmost attention to detail and bursting with authentic Vietnamese flavors. The Banana Flower Salad with Shrimp and Meat was a revelation. The tender shrimp paired with the delicate crunch of banana flower, harmonized with the rich savory meat, created a texture and flavor symphony that was both refreshing and deeply satisfying.

The hotel in general and our room in particular were absolutely lovely. The staff were attentive and always helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was excellent, huge choice of options, the only small niggle being the extra charge for a European-style coffee (but that was still very cheap). In terms of design, I'm not a fan of the bathroom being separated from the bedroom by just a curtain - I wouldn't even want that with a partner, and it seems even less sensible when it's a twin room - but we knew about that before booking, and it really wasn't an issue. In terms of location, it's not the most central, but once we discovered that a taxi was only about £2, we ceased to worry. Hoi An itself is a delightful place to spend time, and we'd also recommend the day trip to the old capital of Hue. Overall, a wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Rooms were gorgeous Jessi was amazing to help in every possible way Spa treatments by Sami was also exceptional Just breakfast was plentiful but lacked a bit of flavour sometimes and the jaccuzi in spa is a cold water one. Steam room and sauna were great. However amazing experience with free shuttlebus etc. Staff really make this place incredible

We wanted to get away from the crowds of old town for our last night and Sunrise was a good option. Breakfast was great, spacious room, friendly staff, enjoyed roof top swim in the evening. Limited eating options nearby but can definitely recommend the silent cafe and garden next door to the hotel

This property is brand new and it is spectacular. Staff like Lily really make everyone feel like they are family. Our every need was seen to immediately. The hotel spa with Ms Vy and our massage girls Cam and Mia were OUTSTANDING. We loved the Grab taxi services and the hotel takes pictures of all the license plates when you come and go with the taxis to ensure you are safe! It is at least a 45 minute walk to the Old Town, or a 5 minute Grab ride for about $2.00 USD. The hotel ammenities were lovely, including two pools (one on the roof!!) I will say everything is 5 Stars but if I could say one tiny little thing it would be the buffet. We are vegetarian and there were virtually no options. I have stayed at other world class resorts and the western breakfasts included many other items. HOWEVER, this doesn’t overshadow the fact that the hotel environment and rooms more than make up for this. Beds are super comfy. Air conditioning is ice cold (you need it in summer) and the smoker tub is to die for after a long day of walking. We enjoyed a massage almost every day also… highly recommend this hotel!!!

Clean rooms, nice decor, good breakfast selection and the pool was lovely on the roof to watch sunset. Our only feedback would be that the hot water in the bathroom was capable of scolding so turn your tap to hot with caution! Would recommend, convenient for the old town and hotel staff are super helpful and friendly!
