Property was in a very good location and amazing ocean views. Generally very clean and room was cleaned daily. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t great and didn’t live up to standards. They did not offer Soy milk to cater for Vegans, and generally fewer options for all guests.

This hotel is the definition of luxury; clean, aesthetic, and hospitable to the point of being spoiled. Waking up to the calm ocean view made us never want to leave this place! For a family of six, the penthouse was very accommodating with how spacious it was. Compared to the last hotel we stayed at, the buffet food here was amazing and complementary! Perhaps the best part of this experience though was the dotting staff; there was always a taxi waiting, when it poured rain the doormen would run in with umbrellas, the receptionists always helped us with a smile. It was a pleasure to meet the general manager Hoa Pham once again, and he was always attentive to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. We will be sure to book here once again.

Amazing location. It’s not close to the more popular beaches which is why we liked it we basically had our own private beach it felt like. It was only a 20 min walk down the beach to the more popular ones or you can rent bikes for free from the property which we did and it’s was only 5 minutes!!

The friendly and helpful staff greeted us daily during breakfast, asking about our stay and trip. They recommended activities and even provided car service if we had no plans. The spotless hotel and incredible view set a new standard. I’m not sure if I want to return to the U.S. now.

Everything about this hotel is excellent except the cooler/fridge in the room that is not cold enough to keep drinks at the cool temperature which also caused the welcome chocolate cake went bad 🙁. These happened on all 3 different rooms we stayed.

Very nice, upscale ocean front hotel. Perfect place for those who want to enjoy the beach. A short taxi or Grab ride dragon bridge and night market. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good sized pool that you actually can swim laps.
