Wonderful Hotel

I had a total 5 night in this hotel. It is a great, nice & wonderful stay. The staff very friendly & helpful always extending to help you whenever you need or require. There is a seaside restuarant beside the hotel. I think it is one of the busiest seafood restaurant. But the only thing is that you need to speak Vietnam.

Our room was on the 26th floor ocean view.Had a comfy bed and great pillows. Uninterrupted views of the beach The infinity edge pool and roof top bar is on the 27th floor with the best views of the beach in both directions and great city views. The breakfast was amazing on the 3rd floor and the 27th floor something for everyone.Afternoon tea was also included daily ,tea coffee,juice cakes sandwichs hot food snacks and fresh fruit. Absolutely an amazing hotel. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days, got a nice ocean view room at 17th floor. The staffs here are very friendly, nice and very polite. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices, fresh fruits, coffee , juices… Very good location for many seafood restaurants, bars, markets within walking distance. Beach here is very beautiful, clean and safe even at nights. Definitely will stay here again next time when we are back to Đa Nẵng

Property is not quite a five star just a high 4 star . Staff are great but the property is next to a demolition site . Area is far away from most things had to grab everywhere . Also fridge doesn't get cold just cool .

Clean hotel, good atmosphere, but some service to be improved. The 28F breakfast restaurant is perfect. The lobby staffs always serve and smile warmly. The only thing to be solved inside the hotel was no cleaning-room service. When I checked in late at night, there were no bath towels in my room. I stayed for 3 nights, there was no cleaning service automatically. I needed to call for cleaning my room for 3days, but the same sheet was used for 3 days (I could not find any policy and explanation for it). The location is fine while it is around 30 minutes walk from many famous restaurants because the noise is limited.

Lovely visit at the Peninsula

The Peninsula is a beautiful hotel located on the beach in Da Nang and one of our most favorite stays in our three months visiting Vietnam….. from our greeting at the front desk upon arrival to the beautiful room on the 23rd floor with a floor to ceiling window view of the picturesque South China Sea to the dining experiences we had for breakfast, the tea in the afternoon and the dinner we enjoyed on a few occasions…..we had a wonderful time. We would like to mention a few of the staff who seemed to go out of their way to assist us and to help us during our nine night visit with the Hotel. Huy Tran, Liem, Mi and Thao….. all work in the restaurant…. thank you folks!

Average Stay

Overall Peninsula Hotel Danang was quite disappointing for both their room and service. The room was quite small and the ocean view was not wide (only one very narrow winder in the room). Staff were friendly but there’s room for improvement on their efficiency. Room service was very slow. The hospitality was not excellent. No bellboy for a 5-star hotel. Breakfast had limited options. For this rate I have stayed at way better hotels.

Nice that its located across from the beach. 27 floor pool was quaint, a bit cramped feeling, but nice views. Big modern bathrooms w electronic toilet was a plus. For $90 a night it was a deal.

Need Improvement

The hotel overall is good, room is reasonably spacious and clean, just a few things to comment. First, there is no in room disposable slippers, just a pair of flip flops, may be for us going to the beach, it is not hygienic. Second, the shower head not able to adjust its position and I have to hold it when using it, this is also unexpected.

This hotel is beach front and views are amazing! From thw time I was picked up at the airport to the time I checked out. The dinning options and food choices at breakfast and tea time were amazing. I highly highly recommend this hotel! Staff is amazing!

We had a spacious sea view, floor to ceiling glass window to enjoy this spectacular view. Room was fully equipped and it was prep clean everyday if you choose to. The buffet breakfast was delicious both at the restaurant and the 28th rooftop and again with amazing view. All guest can enjoy a free tea time everyday 2 - 5 pm of which was a complete snack of different kinds. Thank you.
