Service was excellent and amenities were excellent also very close to everything.

Love Peppers it is always nice and quiet, however we do only ever go during off season so may be different during peak periods. Recommend the spa room they are great.

Staff were amazing from first contact through to check out, they couldn't have been more helpful on multiple occassions. The room was lovely and the pools were perfect. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Perfect area to stay in Port Douglas!

Unique facility. Had the feel of an ABNB with small kitchen resources. Very informal feel and environment as they provided many outside activity (bike, pool, coolers, etc.) which was perfect for being close to the water. Parking was available for residents; however, vehicle size could impact where you could park. Room exactly as described. Quiet. No construction going on during our stay. Could not see any construction "site" from the room or hotel. Staff made guests feel welcome, when on duty.
