Staff was friendly but this property is in dire need of a dehumidifier or something. Walked into the forest room and it felt like a sauna despite the ac set at 70. We asked for a different room and we'll...same thing. We sucked it up but the room was so humid we literally woke up around 3am and decided to get ready and head out as soon as possible. The sheets felt wet from the humidity that's how bad that was and the ac was at 68.

Welcoming staff. Clean facilities. Had a 4 night stay here with family. Only minor “complaint” was the moisture/humidity on higher floors. I was on 2nd floor which was nice but my sister and niece were on 4th floor where it which held a lot of moisture. Otherwise great stay and my son and nieces loved being in the pool. Would stay again.

It was decent, but lacked in amenities. Wifi never worked during our stay and only 3 towels in the room even though there were 4 people in the reservation (eventually provided the missing towel but refused at first).

I get the fact that there lots of people in town and the hotels raised their prices accordingly. I don’t like it, but I respect it. My remote in my room did not work, I had to hold the on button on the coffee maker to get a pot of coffee brewed, and their were towels jammed into the refrigerator, “because the fridge was leaking”. And you still put me in that room. Worst experience ever, especially after paying $350 for a hotel room in Center Texas, and I am from Texas!!

the place itself is not bad, the ladies who think they own the complex are what makes the hotel itself bad, to the point of asking for towels and being told that you've had it up to here!!!.... June 21-24, 2024 ladies working at night (older and white-skinned), even when taking families out of the pool, she is arrogant and stands at the door smoking when one is clearing the pool!!!...

The staff was impatient and defensive without listening to our problem. I had to call this morning (3 days after our stay) because the $100 incident fee was charged to our card (no longer shown as pending). It was the same staff member, and they again didn't take time to listen and were defensive. They insisted that we were not charged and that it takes 3-5 days to disappear. The pillows weren't comfortable either, but the breakfast was good. However, we will not stay here again.
