I had such an Amazing time! Turkish was in the House and my Heart fell in Love all over again. Very much needed get away. I do wish the pool was more Warmer my kids would of had Enjoyed more of it.

The property is nice and very well kept. The landscaping is lovely. It seems a bit out of the way, but there is a Starbucks within walking distance. The listing says that breakfast is available, but it does not specify an extra charge of over $21. Likewise, the Wi-Fi in your room cost extra although it is free in the lobby. Some benches outside would be helpful. The airport shuttle was very efficient and pleasant.

The stay was good overall some minor inconveniences were our pillows were stained and they didn’t tell us breakfast cost per person we were under the assumption it was free breakfast. Other than that very nice stay.

One of the main reasons we selected your hotel is because your web said you had airport shuttle service. When we arrived I called for a ride your front desk, said it ended at 11. When we arrived I inquired about shuttle schedule to go to DFW the next morning. We were told it left here on the hour, and 30 past. I asked to get on the schedule for the next morning. We were told we did not need a reservation. We arrived in the lobby at 25 past the hour. We were then told the shuttle was running late, it would probably depart at 45 past the hour. When the shuttle arrived about 45 past the driver said he would leave for DFW on the hour. This delay caused us rush to get through security and to the gate. What actually happened you only departed the hotel on the hour, skipping the 30 past departure altogether. Very poor and misleading service. Unreliable shuttle service.

Loved the property and the staff. Took one star off because I was supposed to be in a king suite with a couch but ended up in what looked like a queen. I was too in a hurry to head to my conference to even get it fixed. Oh well.
