Room very comfortable, atmosphere exciting, staff very kind and hospitable. This was the first time my wife and I visited such an upscale hotel. We were not ready financially to partake of all the expensive amenities that was provided by your hotel, but overall, we were impressed. Hopely next time we visit our financial situation will be better. Oh, by the way a shout out to the parking manager (Caleb) very faithful and truthful man!

Definitely not a good experience. Unable to sleep due to noise on the street. Windows are razor thin and do not keep out the sound from outside. Room was dated and bathroom ceiling had hair stuck to it. Sheets and towels did not have a good scent. Overall, not a 4 star experience by any standard.

Overall Good experience, especially with Igor the waiter at the Lobby Bar. Outstanding server with exceptional customer relationship skills. The one disappointment was that out A/C did not work in our room and it was uncomfortably hot on an unusual warm December Day in Dallas.

The courteous and hospitable staff. I also had a great, beautiful experience at the restaurant and the concierge lady was so nice being able to arrange my parents in a connecting room, also as we waited in the lobby named Dave offered us water as we waited making it the best experience possible.

Two Stars for the location. 0 as a Fairmont. Facilities are old and there is no Bottle Water in the room. You need to go down to front desk to ask for water everyday. It is more of a courtyard type of hotel. Cleaning lady knocks on the door in early morning even if you hang the Privacy Sign on the door.
