To start parking was $60. There is no self-parking option. The hotel appeared to be nice, however upon checking in we were shown to what appeared to be a low level side. Room was old looking, bathroom wasn’t entirely clean and looked nothing like the pictures.

Sadly declining

This was my second stay. The first wasn't great, but I like to give second chances. Things can happen beyond anyone's control. First off, I had to take out our trash myself. The room seemed to have been abandoned for some time due to the smell. The carpet definitely needs replacing. For the extra money we paid for an upgrade I expected more. We did not eat at the restaurant because the first time I stayed, my chicken was half raw. So we ordered Uber eats. The location suit our purpose for our trip. The valet did a great job. I guess that's all the kind words I can say. As per other reviews, it is definitely a hit or miss. We decided to leave early.

The Fairmont Dallas was a nice older hotel in the downtown part if the city. The first night was overrun by some kind of beauty pageant and young people kept us up all night and took over the elevators so we had to take the stairs. The ac unit did not keep up with the Dallas heat very well. There us no continental breakfast.

Didn't like that front desk didn’t pick up several times. Our bathroom had slow drainage in the shower and overall the hotel was dated. I was told renovations are coming in the future. Room seevice didn't pick up about 15 minutes before it stated they were closed. They should update the houra. Nevertheless, the pool area was nice and easy to access towels. And the food at the restaurant next to the bar was good.

We loved our time at there Fairmont Dallas. The staff is incredible, helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for all our activities with the kids and the pool and garden area were perfect for gathering. We loved our rooms and even discovered they have maintenance on call round the clock for issues. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!
