Upon receiving confirmation our room was ready via email. We arrived only to find out the room that we paid for was unavailable and could possibly be available until the next day with no guarantee. The staff did not offer any explanation other than it was not available. The charge was for the specifically room and was not received any type of refund of any kind for it. I felt there were hidden charges like “accidental” charged to my credit card which was not refundable and aside from that no parking space is provided there is a ridiculous amount charged per night charge per vehicle. Disappointed. Not mentioning any rates or personal information is you all do not want to post for your own convenience I will make sure Expedia does show the review on their site and will be mentioned how it could have been Expedia whom was responsible for all this mishandling of the rooms. Since there was another guest on the same night whom confirmed the reservation had been done through Expedia and had the same issue. These reviews are supposed to be honest and not nosied to the convenience of the hotels/Expedia. Copying this to make sure it does get posted one way or another.

Great stay, but…
Check-in was extremely easy and the property was very nice and clean, but my room was on the first floor and street-facing and the noise from outside was unbearable. I thought a car might drive in the window at any point. The breakfast was amazing and the location was great for going to a concert at American Airlines. I would absolutely stay here again but only if I wasn’t in a street-adjacent room.
