The outlets in kitchen didnt work. The bathroom isn't made for makeup. The mirror lights are dim. Needs movable lighted makeup mirror.

When we arrived at breakfast it was 8:45AM there was very little left so we went for coffee which was also empty. We waited ten minutes for coffee and then asked if they were bringing more food out. The manager on duty came over and blunted told us the breakfast was closed at 9:00. Not we are sorry or anything like that. What was left at the Buffett when we arrived were dirty and empty serving plates. We asked for a couple of muffins and were told they were all gone.

Several things went wrong. Key enter into room went out. They had to replace the whole system on the door and of course I was stuck on the outside with all my stuff inside the room. This happened before I unpacked and had to be at my appointment in a couple of hours. No bottom cushions on the couch, had to sit on the other back cushion. Asked about it and they said it was not suppose to have any. Ice machine on my floor did not work and told them about that too. I like staying at home 2 home, but this time it was a mess.
