I cannot begin to describe the difficulties at this hotel. First they put us in a room that directly faced the Interstate (had requested a very quiet room away from road noise), and naturally, they couldn't move us. Attempted to sleep with ear plugs to reduce the noise....miserable.
Bought a few groceries, as our choice here was the intention to eat in due to dietary restrictions. However, discovered the next morning that all food was ruined as the refrigerator, while set on high, was not cooling properly.
TV in sofa/dining area did not work, and they didn't have a replacement for it.
Homeless sleeping in front lawn area.
Only 1 elevator working, and was not sanitary with housekeeping on it with carts full of dirty laundry, etc. (saw a post where the elevator has been out for a bit now)
Bathroom counter 80's low...back breaker---as was the toilet.
Room that slept 5 only had 4 bath towels....thankfully we only needed 2.
Rude and unhelpful woman at front reception. The evening reception gentleman was nice, but helpless.
Breakfast buffet basic, but okay.
