My husband and I stayed at this property for our anniversary in September. My only complaint is that there was water leaking from the ceiling in the restroom of my hotel room and the ceiling started to fall in by the time they offered to change our room we had settled in. The water only leaked when the shower was on.

The property is nice but there are aspects that are outdated. What was most disappointing were the service wait times. This is a convention hotel yet when large number of people were on site, services such as valet parking and dining resulted in wait times upwards of an hour. They should be equipped and prepared to handle large crowds when conferences are on site. If you're staying for other reasons and aren't booking when a major event is happening, it'll be fine. However, overall, I would stay someplace else.

Parking is ridiculous! We paid $32 to self park and we left to go to a concert. When we got back the lot was full! We waited a long time until someone finally left. BAD!!! The hotel is awesome but I strongly suggest you valet. They need to be clear at check in where the parking is located! It’s across the street and a walk to hotel up hill. Should have just paid the $45 plus tax to valet.

The room was fine, the location terrible. This is a Convention hotel, would not stay for any other reason. The pool is tiny, and surrounded by concrete. Getting To and from the hotel is a nightmare, as is parking. Sounded like a frat house at night- unreal. Very stressful visit.
