Deluxe Digs in Dallas
A very clean hotel with plenty of space in the room. It’s walking distance to Dealey Plaza; however, it is separated by Union Station and the various tracks, so although it appears close on the map there is a bit of roundabout walking required. Other than the additional walking, which isn’t that big of a deal, the hotel stay was fantastic!

Hospitality & Professionalism at it’s Finest
The hospitality of each and every staff member I encountered during my AKA Sorority Boule stay was superb. From the front desk staff (who provided scissors & even helped me cut tags off my clothing), to the restaurant lunch staff, to the bell staff (Sean/Shawn at checkout…who literally helped pack my hanging bag in my room), to the Landmark banquet staff (who ushered my throngs of Sorors to the shortest lines during the closing banquet)…the Hyatt Dallas staff was PHENOMENAL. My appreciation to each and everyone of them. I witnessed many staffers bend over backwards to accommodate us. Also, kudos to your HR department for identifying great talent, with wonderful spirits. Kudos to your training staff and the amazing job they have done to train to exacting standards. Finally, hats off to your general manager and his/her leadership team for cultivating this service centric culture in the face of unprecedented attendance numbers that came with our conference. With Gratitude.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. I had an issue in the restroom and they sent maintenance within 5 mins and was repaired immediately. I was here for a large sorority conference and the staff stayed consistent with their kindness.
