The staff were very courteous and welcoming. The lobby and dining area are beautifully presented and the room was very nice, large and clean. It was a wonderful place to stay, I highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, breakfast was average but good, lots of bars and res in the area. Pool was freezing, couldnt enjoy it at all. Staff was great and room had lots and lots of amenities.

Very disappointed with my stay here. I booked a bedroom suite, the room I received was a handicap room. I just recently had a hospital stay and this made me feel like I was back there again, particularly the restroom. Taking a nice relaxing bath would have been nice, but that was completely impossible. Paying $1,000 for a two night stay and I couldn’t even get the room I reserved. I did let the front desk know and I was told they would have a room ready for me in 1 hour. Waited over an hour and eventually had to leave the room. At 2pm I received a call that if I wasn’t at the front desk by 3 they would not be able to change my room. Ridiculous! I’ve never had to leave a review like this. Just very disappointed.

Residence Inn is a great property with other hotels and restaurants in the area within walking distance. It can be a bit noisy. The area, not the hotel per se. just be aware of that issue.

My stay was short, however the hotel met my expectations: valet parking, near restaurants. Safe location to walk after dark. Breakfast was good, many options. Bedroom quiet, clean, bathroom well provided with towels, soap, etc.

The staff was very professional and had awesome customer service. There are locations you can walk to for food and coffee, or you can always order food at the hotel. We walked to the The Exchange Food Hall and I enjoyed their options. Valet Parking is expensive, but is priced fair for the area. The valet staff, although we didn't use valet, was very courteous and was prompt to the cars that pulled up for service. Overall, this is a good location.
