The property was nice and the staff was exceptional. Only issue was we had to be moved due to a toilet leak in the bathroom. But other than that, the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.

The courteous and hospitable staff. I also had a great, beautiful experience at the restaurant and the concierge lady was so nice being able to arrange my parents in a connecting room, also as we waited in the lobby named Dave offered us water as we waited making it the best experience possible.

Two Stars for the location. 0 as a Fairmont. Facilities are old and there is no Bottle Water in the room. You need to go down to front desk to ask for water everyday. It is more of a courtyard type of hotel. Cleaning lady knocks on the door in early morning even if you hang the Privacy Sign on the door.
