Cocktails at the bar very inconsistent, you can order an old fashioned and every time tastes different, also the menu said "smoked" old fashioned and I specifically had to ask for a "smoked" old fashion every single time because they never did it, appetizer extremely salty, stake not cooked as ordered. And honestly this are simple things and I would not be complaining about it, if I was staying at La Quinta, the issue is when you pay a high price and the service you get is less than mediocre. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely not staying there again.

For a Fairmont Hotel this truly is the worst property we have ever stayed in. We sadly checkout 5 hours after we had arrived. It smells and the staff at the desk were not accommodating at all. We left and went to the Hyatt, despite me paying 2 nights to expedia.

Great stay at the Fairmont. Walkable to many attractions. Especially loved food truck lane which was a quick 5/10 minute walk. Starbucks on the premise was a plus as well.

This is a clean hotel close to the Art Museum and the quaint Klyde Warren Park. We easily walked to many restaurants and to the Art Museum. The pool was a nice space to cool off in. Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient. As with any hotel, valet parking is expensive!

I paid over $200 for a dirty room and bathroom . Slippery bathtub. No accommodation and no microwave. The only helpful people were the valet guys.
