Great location in the middle of downtown Dallas. Looks like sheets and towels were changed daily. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Room lacked a fridge, mini-fridge instead, although I believe you can request a fridge. I loved the look of the main elevator not soo much the ride. Overall very pleased with my stay and would recommend.

Positive: Clean, very friendly staff, good location Negative: Dimly lit rooms & lobbies were depressing & made it difficult to work; no fitted sheets or fitted duvet covers, only flat sheets that expose the mattress when you sleep; no mini-fridge; wallpaper coming off the walls; no help with bags; mysteriously I was charged a very high amount for room service that I didn't use, but the staff was friendly & quickly removed it. Overall, it was a positive experience but for a hotel at this caliber, I would have expected a few items to be better.

Overall things were good. But there were no kleenex in the dispenser, there was very little hot water, and no microwave or fridge for personal items. All the staff members we very helpful and very nice. The food in the restaurant bar area was very good. The people that parked our car were awesome. Very polite and extremely efficient in their duties.

Great staff and rooms. I loved being in the middle of the arts district. I chose this hotel because we came for a concert at the House of Blues and I wanted to be in walking distance, so glad I did! This was my first visit to Texas and I loved walking around and all that was available in walking distance or by the trolley which was a great experience as well!!
