Pleasant surprise
Due to flight cancelation, had to overnight near airport. This hotel offered shuttle service around the clock. Checked in early with no problem. Two restaurants inside with good food. I would stay here again if necessary.

Hotel was ok. Rooms were nice, but the main area was extremely cold and water dripping from the ceiling in several places. Granted we were there on one of the coldest days of the year, but when the staff is wearing winter coats indoors you know it's cold. Shouldn't be that cold indoors which also happens to be where the indoor pool is.

I did not receive the 6:00 am wake upmcall that i requested. Further, when inarrived at the front desk at 7:30 the airport shuttle was just pulling away. I asked if she could ask the driver to wait 30 seconds. Instead i was met with shoulder shruggung indifferencen and told another would be leaving in 30 minutes. I ended up having to rebook my flight. The complete indifference to my situation was shocking. I wont stay at this property again!

I had to wait one hour for a shuttle from DFW to the hotel, even though shuttles from other hotels near the airport (Motel 8, Countryyard, Wygman, etc.) repeatedly picked up their guests while I waited in the freezing and rainy weather. According to the shuttle's driver, who finally picked me up, he left as asked. This means that people at the reception just forgot to send a driver. Yes, the hotel was fully booked due to the weather conditions (which the weather channels warned of a week before) and many delayed or canceled flights. Yet, this is not an excuse for treating customers in such a disrespectful manner. The water in the room's sink was problematic; it did not go away. The shuttle driver's terrible handling of my luggage the following day (7:30 a.m. takeoff) damaged it: I lost one of the suitcase's wheels. All in all, this hotel is not worth your $200.
