The hotel was nice for what it was and the location however, when you take time to actually look around, its sloppy. The pain was done in a rush on every wall, the rugs, sheets, carpets all look choppy and look like someone too scissors to them with loose threads showing. There were cobwebs in the lobby windows and spiders in them. This hotel tries to be nice looking and "expensive" with their taste in furniture and finishes but they do not meet those actual requirements. Ive stayed at nicer hotels, and never thought that a Comfort Inn would have been a better option in terms of the overall look, cleanliness, and vibe. The staff was fine, nothing to beg for. Whatever I paid for it was not worth the money, but was worth the convenience in closeness to the airport. If you want a genuine upscale/higher end hotel or experience. This is not your place.

I waited for an hour for My pick up from the airport to the hotel, DFW, I was in right pick up place, ( purple color area), I called to the hotel several times, every time they told me 10 minutes, other times 20 minutes. Their transportation never showed up, I finally took an uber, It cost $21 USD. My time is valuable, I prefer to be told I should take an Uber since the beginning, and not waiste my time.

The property was clean, well lit, staff was friendly, location met my needs. My room had enough space, mini fridge, microwave , and a small sofa as well as a desk. There were gas stations, fast food and regular restaurants within a mile or two The hallway and elevator were significantly warmer (in terms of temperature) than other areas.
