The hotel was good overall. It was greta location a nice pool, and it is clean. However, the breakfast needs more variety and better food quality. The ride back to the airport was not offered, even though a van was available. We were told the girl who was at the front desk. She said it had already left, but there was still the van outside with the driver. it was not nice since we have to pay a uber when the ride was included.

If you like being unable to reach soap, shampoo, etc. when you are bathing because it's mounted way high up on the wall too far too reach from the bathtub--you will like trying to take a bath here. Will not stay here again.

My door kept not unlocking all the way from the outside. They sent someone with new batteries and it didn’t fix the problem. They were out of some basic foods in the restaurant. The pool is in the main lobby and so the hotel smells a bit like a gym. My daughter is allergic to chlorine so it also bothered her. Not an ideal place to stay for an extended trip but fine for a short trip. Staff was nice and accommodating.

The hotel itself was really nice. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Overall, my stay was pleasant. The only downside was the La Perle restaurant. Unfortunately, the food and service there were disappointing. I was the only guest in the restaurant at the time, yet my order took about 35 minutes to arrive. I ordered at 5:57 PM and didn’t receive my food until around 6:35 PM. In addition, there was confusion with my order. I was asked multiple times what I had ordered, despite being the only person dining there. The sweet tea I ordered tasted like plain water with sugar, and it wasn’t brought out until near the end of my meal. I would rate the restaurant about a 4 out of 10. Everything else about the hotel was great, but the dining experience needs improvement.
