The beds were horrible. The girl at the front desk needs to not give out room numbers and room location. All she needs to do is hand over the keys with the paper that has the room number in it. Too many people around and very unsafe.

Just a one night stop. Nice place …. Yes, there is a frig and microwave in the room which I couldn’t find on the site. Decent bed, nice linens, towels, pillows. Very Clean, although the caulk in the bathroom could use some attention. Nice staff. Pretty good breakfast, decent selection. Wish I had checked in earlier to use the pool, water was really warm. I travel with my own coffee and coffee maker because EVERYONE has those horrible single serve ones where you can’t use your own coffee. Would stay again without hesitation.

I will not stay there again. There crumbs still on the floor in the room. Even the lobby was messy and the stairs were covered with dirt and crumbs. When I raised my concern at the front desk and the issue was not addressed. I felt like they didn’t care. When asked for the manager, they gave me the business card and said not to contact them now as it was too late.

I was good until it was almost time to check in. I have never had to check in prior to getting to the hotel. I got a call stating if I didn’t give them a credit card over the phone that I was going to lose my room cause they were sold out. I have never had to do that. We were at the baseball field all day and didn’t know what time we were going to be getting there and I was not going to leave my sons game to check into a hotel that was “sold out” the check in process was terrible but other than that the rooms were ok. Floors were kinda dirty but overall ok.

absolutely disgusting. I would NOT recommend staying here. We are traveling and got two nights here, we stayed one night and canceled the other. Bathroom was gross with other peoples hair and funk. Carpets were stained in multiple places and so dirty I told my children to leave their shoes on. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t vacuumed when we got it too, there was granola on the floor in the living space. 3 lamp shades were stained and ripped. Overall it was disgusting, I will never stay here again

We stayed for a week. The room was ok but there was a smell in the restroom that we couldnt figure out. Employees were very friendly. They even had cookies in the afternoons. Beds were ok...a little to hard for me to sleep well but wat better than another hotel.
