The staff were amazing, the roms were very clean and property well kept.... being awoken twice for the fire akars is my only complaint, with-20 temperatures having to evacuate for false alarms was quite distressing. A relaxing night away from home was far from it.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. The room was clean, specious and well equipped (We stayed in the King Suite with full kitchen). Everything you could need is there - toaster, pots, pans, utensils dishware. The bed was very comfortable, the pool was great, my kids commented on how fluffy and soft the pool towels are. The staff was all smiley, friendly and so helpful. We stayed for my daughters 10th birthday and they even brought a small gift for her to the room. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again!

The room was nice but the pillows were horrendous and gave all of us a sore neck. The heater/air conditioner was also desperately noisy and the swimming pool was FREEZING! I asked if the temperature of the pool could be increased and was told that it was set by management and nothing could be done. We liked the room type and location, though we wished the room had drawers so that we could put our clothes away. We're on the fence as to whether or not we will return to this hotel.
