Check-in was all in disarray and this was booked a month or more in advance our rooms were not where they should have been when asked to have them together as it was a Christmas party it was very noisy that evening and not enjoyable to sleep

The room itself was great — very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the front desk experience wasn’t very welcoming. The staff didn’t provide much information at check-in, were quite short when we asked questions, and were giving side glances and whispering to each other while we checked in, which felt uncomfortable. The room quality was excellent, but the front desk service could definitely be improved.
