I liked everything. We stayed in a suite which gave us a lot more room and, it may seem like a small thing, but I love when hotels have microwaves in the rooms. I like to sip my coffee and reheat. I have sleep issues so I don’t get to sleep until very late so, as a result, I’m not a morning person. The only problem for me is that there is no option to have the room cleaned after lunch time. We were able to get fresh towels etc. though.

Comfortable, convenient and cost efficient. This was my 3rd stay at this location. Usually it has been very clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in this last visit was not properly cleaned - the huge mirror on the wall was smeared all over with some kind of dirt from the last guest and the closet has garbage all over the floor inside. I spoke to front desk but they advised housekeeping was gone for the day so nothing they could do. It made me feel uncomfortable not certain what else had not been cleaned properly. Perhaps they need a housekeeping supervisor that inspects the rooms before the next guest arrives. Room air fresheners are needed as well. The room has a funky less than fresh smell maybe from the last guests that didn't get aired out properly. Other than that, over all a good stay. Thankfully this was not my first visit or else I wouldn't return.

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Staff were friendly. But service at connecting restaurant (Dennys) was slow and there was not enough coffee / cream at the coffee station in the morning.
