The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night there was no direction from the hotel and we had to exit the hotel in minus 20 degrees weather ,then they shoved a note under the door and woke me up again .the note was just bull as when I tried to get something to make my stay more comfortable they were offering nothing .then the alarm went off again at 830 am .so I paid to not sleep in the hotel ,I take fire very serious as a house fire survivor and I had my 2 young grandsons with me .i know they can’t control a fire alarm but there was no direction at all from the hotel .

Stayed for 3 nights, first night was great, the other 2 nights were horrible, people arguing loudly in the hall and staff had to be called to disperse them, children running and screaming in the halls both nights. Called the front desk to report. Still running and screaming at 10:30pm. Unacceptable.
