When i was checking out I had to wait to get my deposit back, the girl stood there a talked to her co worker for 10 mins before calling housekeeping to check my room even after i told her my kids were waiting in the car.

We stayed one night as we were visiting friends, the room was very clean, staff were friendly. The whole building is nice and feels up to date, bed was very comfortable. Would definitely suction!

very clean Our son is in a wheel chair and he requires our total assistance. The accessable room was excelent with ease of access both in &out. However, I fond it quite amazing that althogt these ammenities were present, the main dor leading to our hallway to our room ( #104) was manual and very cumbersome when pusking a wheel chair .How on earth could someting like that be missed on an entrance to accesaable rooms ?? This omossion needs attention !!!

Room was ok. Unfortunately we had a room on ground level, so others had their barking, whining dogs. We could hear everyone using their sinks, showers and toilets. Had a huge pickup truck parked right at our window with it’s bright headlights streaming into our room…even with the curtains drawn. Mouse and rat traps visible, so there must be critters about. Staff were good.
