This wasn’t a great day considering we have heard so many good things about this establishment. First off, I took my two children there for a night away, and when we made our way down to the pool, there was 26 children in the pool. Two birthday parties, and two hockey teams that were in town for a tournament. Half of the kids from the hockey tournament were not even staying at the hotel, people that were staying had invited the team to come have a swim. So therefore, there was no place to sit, and the pool was overcrowded. Secondly, the heat/air-conditioning unit in the room was nonfunctioning, in the middle of February the room got quite cold. And big amount of condensation formed on the inside of the window, soaking the carpet underneath. The room service food played in the evening was terrible, overcooked, overpriced, we basically had to throw it out and resort to what we picked up at the gas station in the parking lot. And in the mornings, very little selection for tea and coffee, no juices, not that we were looking for a full breakfast, but for what we paid to stay one night, you would think there would be muffins or bagels for the guests. Super disappointed, we won’t be back and we do not recommend

Love that it’s a new build, loved the bathroom with the tub and shower, staff was friendly, loved the location, pool and fitness centre were great, the pool is definitely on the cool side, that’s probably the only negative thing I could say ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night there was no direction from the hotel and we had to exit the hotel in minus 20 degrees weather ,then they shoved a note under the door and woke me up again .the note was just bull as when I tried to get something to make my stay more comfortable they were offering nothing .then the alarm went off again at 830 am .so I paid to not sleep in the hotel ,I take fire very serious as a house fire survivor and I had my 2 young grandsons with me .i know they can’t control a fire alarm but there was no direction at all from the hotel .
