The staff? What Staff? There was only one staff member who was lovely, helpful and polite. I am not a fan of the contactless system. I like meeting the staff. Plus there really is no room service given you have to go down to the café and collect your meal instead of hotel staff bringing it to you.

The room had lots of red stains on the carpet, it looked like blood or red stains. Either way it didn’t look great. It was also quite smelly from the air con and stuffy. Older strange looking building but well located and bathroom was modern
