We loved the Barefoot Bungalow! If you are looking for a wonderful house on a quiet stretch of beach - this is the place! We loved that it was dog friendly but there was no evidence of dogs - best of all worlds! Great beach get away - even in January!

Great location, amazing view, spacious

We were very pleased with our visit to Dauphin Island and the property that we had rented. When we arrived, there was a little problem with the house we had originally rented. The owner resolve the problem quickly by offering us the property next door which was larger and right on the beach.

Aside the weather (which one can't control), the stay and location were amazing!

The property is clean and well maintained. All the amenities needed are provided. Check in and check out details were not provided, so had to contact the owner and wait for a response when we arrived and did not know what was expected of us upon leaving. Code lock doors would be a convenient upgrade. I would definitely stay here again.
