Check in was quick and easy. Elevator did not have certificate inside (said it was in office) - would like to know when it was serviced last (sounded and felt a bit rough). Room had an odor & bathroom was gross - not clean - especially shower. No vent in bathroom, strange and inconvenient location of sink faucet, very dirty shower door and seal didn’t close. Stayed here for concert - convenient location but wouldn’t stay again.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and had a mixed experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. However, the room itself left much to be desired. It was clear that it needed a deep cleaning, as there were noticeable issues with cleanliness. Breakfast the two days was average and there was a bit if an off putting odor in the hallway Additionally, when I requested extra pillows, I was informed that they didn’t have any available. While the hospitality was excellent, the room conditions and lack of amenities were disappointing.

Property was fine, room appeared fine but that fell apart over time. Spent the entire night trying to get the full size fitted sheet that was on the king size bed to cover the mattress. Also tv channels are not what comes up on the screen and the coffee pods don't work in the coffee maker provided. Room was very clean and comfortable otherwise.
