Usual Hampton Inn quality, but affordable hotel.
Hotel is in a good and quiet location, and in very good condition overall. The best part was a really comfortable bed with good quality bedding. The bathroom had good quality towels, but poor quality plumbing. Neither the bath tub nor the basin would retain water. Another downside was the noisy air conditioning with an inaccurate wall thermostat (to achieve a room temperature of approx 68 one had to set 76!). Breakfast was more than adequate and was always being topped up.

I am going to request a compensation. The room was obviously not clean, there was noticeable dust on several surfaces in the room. I have pictures to prove it. The bathroom is horribly maintained. With moldy areas in the shower plate, all around the sink seal and the ceiling corners (I also has pictures. Looks like it was renovated not long ago so the mold is unacceptable. Both my wife an I are allergic to mold so it is a health issue. But the worst part is tgat I had food poison, probably from the breakfast which made my stay hell

$185 for room with dirty shower, peeling paint in bathroom (AWFUL) NO clock, 1 stained chair, 1 bath towel, and a $75 pet fee for a crated/trained/quiet 20# Frenchie is absurd!!! Room 328. ( $260 for 7 hours sleep in an inadequate room.)We stayed at the same hotel on our trip west last year and there was a $25 pet fee and we had absolutely no issues. Hampton Inn and this particular location will be permanently removed from our stop list on our “ trips List”. Shameful!! I didn’t bother to take pictures just open the door to the room and look it’s all there!

The first room we were placed in was a room with a king bed, which is what we asked for but, there was no shower curtain and the ac didn’t work. It looked like the whole room was under construction so I was perplexed as to why they put us in that one. We told the staff first about the shower curtain and was told that they didn’t have anyone to bring one, then as the night went on, we noticed NO air! The front desk clerk was very very kind and moved us to another room, but no king bed now!!

Comfort but minor condition with shower
Only problem is with the shower sliding doors that were not level to result in them to remain partially open during showering and overspray onto bathroom floor to create potential hazard of slip and fall.
