Staff not real clear on how parking lot fees worked, and when we tried to add those fee's to original card, stilladded those fees to a different card they took for refundable incidentals. Very annoying and costly. Nice and clean room but they were asked every day to please service room and it never happened u till day 3 of 4 day stay.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so kind. We were within walking distance of so many things downtown we didn’t even need our car. Beautiful area, would definitely recommend!

The customer service at this hotel is subpar. It is marketed as a luxury hotel but the customer service is on par with a budget hotel. I stayed for 4 nights. I only requested cleaning service one of the mornings. I had to call 2 more times because no one came to my room by 1pm. I was reassured that someone would stop by. I returned to my room at 8pm to see that my room was still not cleaned. After calling the front desk once again to complain again did they finally send someone to clean the room. This was a great inconvenience
