Our stay at SpringHill Suites was excellent. Room was a good size with a sitting area with a couch. Bed was very comfortable. Gabriel, the front desk host was the best part of our visit. She was so friendly, provided us with everything we asked for. She greeted us every time we left and returned from an adventure. Always asking what we did and how we liked it.

AC was not working my kids had to sleep in room with broken AC with 101° outside notify staff the next morning we were promised they’re gonna change us to a different room, but they did not come through worst experience ever

We stayed for 3 nights. The best were the worst I have ever slept in. The AC never really got cold. Our room was never cleaned in those 3 days. We only got a refresh of towels once as well. The breakfast had the worst selection . Same things day in and out. The pool didn’t drain properly… there was always big puddle of water when walking anywhere around the pool area.
