Beautifull, glamorous room at a reasonable price through Expedia. First rate all around. Dining room : Tria expensive and disapponting. Would dine outside hotel on future visits.

The building was nice, but when we went to check in we weren’t able to due to a computer glitch. It was a little frustrating as we had checked in online prior and no one had informed us of this and we had an event to be at shortly thereafter. The facility and room were okay, but in my opinion not worth the money we spent. Location was safe and staff was nice, but overall I don’t think I will be returning.

Staff and service was great! But the floor in the room was not cleaned or vacuumed! Left dirty glasses which I washed. Had to ask for breakfast menu every night!

Great hotel!
Really nice hotel. Super “fancy” place. Really nice bar and restaurant. Great food and drinks but expensive. Nothing complementary here, everything costs. Room very nice and clean but a couple odd things like an empty water bottle left in the room.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I have always enjoyed my stay except on the last occasion. The room had wall paper peeling off the walls. I had to call four times to get ahold of someone to order in-room dining. Throughout the night I heard the constant hum of a vacuum. I have no idea whether it was a vacuum or something else.
