Farm house on a quiet and peaceful 30 acres

This house is all one level with a huge deck for grilling or relaxing! It sits on top of a hill with big shade trees and pretty views of farm lands. It has 2 king size beds in bedroom and a living room converted to a Bunk house with two full on twin beds. There is a 75 inch T.V for movie nights . We are 15 minutes from Clinton and 8 minutes away from Buck Saw Marina and Truman Lake!
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a safe and a microwave.

Family Lake trip
We enjoyed our stay. This is a very spacious home with plenty of outdoor space as well. We were able to let the dogs out and not worry about them running off. We will definitely keep this in mind for our future visits to Truman Lake.

Great place
The property is great! Very quiet, and very clean. The internet is good, they provided a wide assortment of games, and the beds were comfortable. They thought of everything including an iron and ironing board! We plan on staying here again during our next trip up for the next nephews graduation. Our pups also enjoyed the place. One took a great liking to the smell of the wild honeysuckle growing while the other seemed to think rolling in the grass was the best thing ever. The two issues we had during our stay Nick took care of very promptly.

Great stay
This place was the perfect place for me and a few friends to stay during our trip to Truman Lake. The place was clean and stocked with everything needed for anything from cooking to sleeping. It’s also on a beautiful property with plenty of privacy. Will definitely stay at this place again when in the area.

Our family spoonbill fishing trip
The house was so nice and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful. We liked that they left corn hole and other games at the house to play. This was only 15 min from the boat ramp we used to spoonbill fish. Lots of room in the home.
