The staff at the hotel is very nice and helpful, but understanding english is not their strong side.
We had some challenges in being picked up from the airport, but we managed with a phone and the consierge at the hotel and 6-7 calls, back and forth.
They have a menu at the hotel, they are not able to fulfil, even though it is neetly fixed with times during the day, and what you can order at specific times, but the hotel can not deliver.
In the menu you can get breakfast from 7 am, but breakfast is not served before 8 am. Confusing.
We ordered 5 different times from the menu, and nothing was right.
We booked a suite through Hotels.com, but the hotel couldn't see the bookings, cause his internet was down, so he started to gives us normal rooms. I complained and said, thats not what we ordered and he found some new rooms, at a bigger size, but these were not cleaned, so they were absolutely not ready for a visit at the Hotel.
If you take these things into account before you arrive no problem. The hotel is very cosy, and of the larger streets so it's pretty quiet at night. And the staff is really trying I must give them that.
