The service was not good at all. It’s takes forever to be attended to at the front desk. The music is so loud that you can’t hear properly. This hotel does not have a process to include restaurant bills into the final bill. You have to pay separate every time for room service and each visit to the restaurant.

Shabby, tired, cheaply furnished hotel.
This hotel was a big disappointment - I had expected more of an IBIS hotel. The lobby looks great but when you get into the corridors and rooms, you realise how tired and shabby it is. Plus there is a reason why the bathrooms are not photographed for the listing - they are like little plastic cubicles. The rooms are furnished with cheap fittings and the carpets in the corridors are disgusting. We ordered a pizza via room service and I can honestly say it was the most expensive pizza in India and by a mile, the worst - no care had been taken to make it and it didn't taste of much. The only good thing about the hotel was its proximity to the food market round the corner where we could get a decent pizza for a lot less money. Breakfast was decent, to be fair. I would not stay here again.

I had my flight changed and had to leave within 5 hours of checking qithout touching anything in the room excwpt leaving 2 bags. Nothing was touched and asked to see if i can cancwl the room, but, was told no. Not even half of the day refunded. Mosquitoes, noisy, dirty. Will never stay there again even if i get the room for free.
