The room was so disgusting, pubic hairs in the sheets, the awful smell, the toilet would not flush and the TV did not work. Manager came to the room with a plunger and began plunging the toilet (which we hadn’t used yet) while we stood watching in horror! We were given a second room which had pubic hairs in the bed sheets again, smelled bad, the toilet barely flushed(definitely wouldn’t have handled a bowel movement) and the tv did not work, concierge brought us to a third room and yes, same issues as the previous 2. We asked for our money back as they already charged my credit card for 2 nights plus a $200 security deposit and was told I had to go through Expedia for the refund. I’ve tried for 3 days through Expedia and was told the hotel would not agree to a refund! EVEN MY SECURITY DEPOSIT WAS KEPT! and I didn’t even stay there!!! I spent $989.65 between two different hotels in two different cities to attend a family members funeral, plus the $600 charged by unQuality Inn. I am so upset and disgusted by both the Quality Inn Woodstock and Expedia and highly recommend anyone thinking of using either of these companies to seriously think twice!
