I arrived at 9pm and was flying out early morning so left at 4.30am. I chose a reputable hotel close to the airport for convenience. It was everything I needed it to be. I wish I had more time to enjoy the gym and pool,.. next time!

Overall a great stay. The room was clean and well appointed. The lobby area is quite grand. The breakfast spread was excellent. Service was excellent too. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were good. But there are a few things that could have been better. The location isn’t great- I thought this was in Aerocity but it’s actually further away from that. It’s a very busy road outside. The ventilation isn’t great through the hotel, and there’s a strong room freshener to mask the musty odor. They do not honor Expedia’s 20 percent discount for VIP members- instead give a 10 percent discount. Overall I would still recommend this property. It’s well run.

The staff was not helping at all. Had reservation booked after a 34hr journey from the US to India. They said me and my sister could not go to the room where our mother was staying because it was not visiting hours. They should be more mindful as people land at odd times, like us as we landed at 3am. In future will never be booking here. Please veer away from the property.

Decent airport hotel - close to the airport (well maybe 15 mins in a taxi but as close as you can really get to Delhi airport!) Staff were friendly, check in was easy, felt upmarket, room was a very good size and clean and well appointed. Recommended if you want to stay near the airport, and they arranged a driver to pick us up for a very reasonable price which was great especially after we'd had a long flight and long queue at immigration

Excellent costumer service. It is a very outdated hotel. Rooms smell and they try to cover the smell with jasmine room fresheners which make the smell even worse. Ac makes a lot of noise, complimentary bottled water tastes like tap water. On a positive side: costumer Service was excellent. Rooms are decent size, Restaurants are good, breakfast which was included was very good.
