Terrible Experience
I checked into a very dirty room. My telephone which was to be the only source to reach reception was most of the time disconnected to avoid me repeating a request. They pave me different food and tell me my order is not available always though my order was from their menu. Their breakfast is only premixed tea and bread every morning which I had to forgo. The two times that I managed to get my room cleaned, the cleaner demanded money after service. The workers speak little English and seem to get angry when communicating with them. I had to find a new place just before my date expired since I had to stay longer but dare not extend my stay. Hot room with noisy air-conditioning machine.
Stayed 13 nights in Jul 2019
