I was very surprised to see this property on the advertising which it was very nice and beautiful, but in reality the place looks trashy, it looks like a shelter for homeless people, felty carpets, the rooms smelled horrible, bathrooms old and dirty, the walls have stains and some doors have missing paint, and the worse part is that the sheets were stained with yellow spots that I don’t even want to know what it was but I can imagine. Sheets look like the didn’t changed it from the previous guest because we also find some pubic hair, so that was disgusting. I complained to the front desk and I tried to cancel reservation because the condition but they refused because they said it was part of a combined reservation, they told me to call Expedia which I called and they told me they will help me to get a refund for that part of the hotel, until today I have not hear anything from Expedia, I really hope they help me and they also take this hotel from their business.

DON'T book Ramada. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. I was booked at room 222 on the first night and the windows were dirty, the towels were dirty and still had stains on them; the floor was dirty, did not look to have been vacuumed/cleaned at all. The towels that they gave me all had stains on them which was really gross. They must have been washed but not properly. The bath tub was peeling off; the cabinets were dusty and falling apart. I requested to cancel the rest of my stay but they wouldn't refund me so I had to stay, I requested a different room and was given 321. The room was bigger but still was dirty. The comforter dirt stains that appear to have been on them for a while - they have "mapped out" already. Even if a regular (not vain) person does not wash their comforter for a month, it wouldn't be that dirty compared to the hotel's. I asked for a replacement set of beddings but was told they did not have one. I ended up using a clean fitted sheet for the bed (that's what they gave me) as a blanket. The door to the bathroom has punched hole on it. The carpet was dirty; the chair was dirty. The only area in the hotel that appeared clean was the entrance/lobby and kitchen. The rest of the hotel floor are dirty. The staff were rude and unfriendly. When I asked if I can use the washroom in the main floor; I was told "Yes, but you have to clean it after. It is only for staff and next time do not use it." That's your customer service at it's finest.

The room was spacious and staff were friendly. Overall the stay was fine. I found the property seemed to be a bit on the rough side. It seemed the housekeeper was either distracted or neglected to take care of some things as there were some towels missing and no toilet paper at all in the room when we arrived. .

The Expedia photos of what room type we reserved was not the same as what they had as they changed franchisees in 2020 (according to what they said). It was extremely noisy, disorganized and when we checked out we were not greeted kindly. No one asked how our stay was, they had the wrong email address for me, no record of the deposit they took etc.

Not impressed at all! Lady at front desk made me feel like I was an inconvenience checking in, not the least bit friendly. Hotel shows it had a restaurant but website does not say it closes early in the day. (this is one of the things I look for in a hotel for convenience) Walls and doors have paint chips so looks ratty! The only good thing was it was close to airport.

This hotel is very run down and dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a block of wood to stick under the door at night which on one hand was nice that it was provided, but also left me wondering if there had been issues.

there were smokers in the parking lot outside the hotel with a few metres of the air conditioning intake for my room. Too hot to NOT have the AC on but the room was filled with cigarette smoke. Not a good nights sleep.

Didn't know there was no elevator, but manager bent over backwards to place our group of people with mobile issues altogether on the main level. Breakfast choices were good. Beds were very comfortable. Staff friendly. Location good. Some of the maintenance issues would be easy to rectify.
