Private vacation home 100 meters from the beach with its own garden and direct access to the community pool.
The villa is located in the Puerto Azul urbanization, a small quiet residential complex.
The house has a living room with air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV with access to the covered glazed terrace. The modern open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. Next to the kitchen are the two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both with mosquito nets. The air conditioning is located in the hallway in an ideal position that reaches both rooms. In front of the bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower. There is a covered terrace furnished with barbecue. It has a private parking space in front of the house. Distance to the beach 100m, shopping possibilities and bars / restaurants in the vicinity and to the center Dénia 5km.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

Nice property..read small print though
This is a comfortable and well equipped property in a nice area...with the beach just at the end of the road. It has a lovely outside seating/bbq area. It has a few restaurants, a supermarket, chemist etc all within walking distance. It is worth noting that you will have to pay for the electricity used at the property, outwith peak season. And there is a 20E fee for picking keys up from an external safe at the agents office...outwith working hours (not just Bank holidays).

schönes haus, sehr gute lage
Haben die Lage, den Wintergarten und Terrasse genossen und waren sehr gern indem Haus. Heizung wäre im relativ kalten Frühling sinnvoll, das Haus war wirklich ausgekühlt.
