They steal your money beware!
First of all Susan at check in was very rude. She was demanding an incidentals hold of $50 on a card. I told her that there’s nothing about that on the website I booked it on as well as Im a gold member with Hotels.com and should not have to pay an incidentals hold. She threatened to cancel the reservation if I did not give her a card.
She promised that it was just a temporary hold and would not affect my balance however immediately $50 came out of my checking account. They took two days to give me the $50 back and then this morning 10/25 $50 came out again and overdrafted me again. I’ve called the front desk and the managers not there and they don’t know when she will be in.
On top of that there is a $59 fee for late checkout which I have never heard of at any hotel. And lastly there were people running after midnight at the property and slamming doors and then most of the hot breakfast was cold and crunchy.
