Not great
We arrived to the site and there were broken glass bottles outside of the tent and the site was overall cluttered and did not look taken care of. One of the tents was falling down. No blankets in the other tent and it seemed as someone just left without cleaning. Finally got a hold of the property manager and he refunded my money. The location of the tent was close to Red Rocks.

So close to red rocks such a great stay. Will be back to hike to red rocks for the next show. All the negative reviews are obviously from people who can't read or just are lame.

Did not few safe and Host wouldn’t respond
As two woman, we pulled up after a Red Rocks show and were greeted by a stuffed dummy with a Jason mask. I had messaged the host 12+ hours before to get check in info and they never responded. We had no idea how to get beyond the gate. More importantly, our instincts told us it wasn’t a good idea. Since we didn’t feel safe, we had to find a last minute hotel in Denver. I reached out to VRBO re safety but they have also ignored me and refused to refund our stay.

Yurt
I sent the host a question about cooking wo days prior to check in. I am still waiting for the reply. I took a charcoal grill and it was not allowed. The bed was full of hair. All kinds of it. There was a hole in the top of the seam and the zippers didn't completely close allowing water in and there was a puddle and mold.

Good experience, great for after Red Rocks shows, had a propane heater (it snowed, so this was key), clean bed. Property had some old cars and things on it, but great views in most directions. Not luxe, but what we needed and as described.

Convenient place to stay near red rocks Amphitheater but the yurts are not clean and as mentioned in the listing no housekeeping. Right below a busy interstate so lots of truck and road noises all night.

As advertised
It’s a neat property. Excellent location for our Red Rocks show. Bed was comfortable. Highway was definitely loud and earplugs a must as I-70 is literally right above you. The previous guest linens were outside of the yurt when we arrived at 6pm. But gone by the time we returned from the show. Although it’s self clean and the people before us were pretty good about it, it needed a quick vacuum. Twinkle lights didn’t work.

Nice spot for a Red Rocks after-show stay
Overall the tent was nice. The porta-potty was very clean and the area is lovely. Taking an Uber to/from Red Rocks is a good option, though the ride at night is a bit pricey (as expected).

Cute but wet and a moldy smell
When we got to the property it was easy to check in. The property was very beautiful. The only things were it had rained/ snowed the night before and the inside of the yurt was somehow wet and so was the bed. There was a whole puddle of water on one end of the yurt. We did not end up staying the night because of the smell of mold/ wetness. Other than that everything else was good.

It was lovely this was the second time I stayed here and they've even improved the property since then, I wish there were lighting options and plug-ins for cell phones but those would have to be my only complaints. The location is wonderful! The first time staying it wasn't what I had expected for sure but knowing this coming into it this time I was more prepared.

Fun/Unique Stay-Close to Red Rocks!
The Yurt was very spacious & the bed was comfy! We brought a Queen size air mattress for our friends to sleep on & there was plenty of room. Fully equipped with camping gear/water/ coolers/fire pit. The roar of I-70 was not bad at all. We slept just fine. We conveniently Ubered it to & from Red Rocks for our concert. The port o potty should have been dumped, like weeks ago. Overall, great stay & we'd stay here again!

Red rocks stay
This was a good experience for a one night stay after a Red Rocks concert. It is right next to the highway. Highway noise was very evident throughout the whole night. Mattress very comfortable. Extra blankets and random supplies (flashlight, bug spray, heat source, small fan, etc) available. Coolers available right outside of yurt. Porta potty was not super clean - BM on outside of toilet seat. Bring hand sanitizer as potty didn’t have any. Host was very responsive to our questions. Very close ride to Red Rocks. We would stay here again for a night but because of the highway noise I don’t think we could do more than one. Over all - if you are looking for a more cost effective stay after a concert, this is a great spot!!

Ghost host and dirty
I detest giving bad reviews, but I also don’t enjoy dirty sleeping arrangements. I private messaged the host during our stay and got no response, not one. Apparently he has reviewed our stay. Here is my now not private communication to him: “ Good morning! No word from our host yet? Karma did not do right by us it seems. Our yurt has not been swept, the mattress is dirty and the bedding is in a pile on the floor. None of the numerous paraphernalia works, ie fan, solar light, AND to boot, our neighbor guest left us a lovely surprise all over the port a potty seat early this morning! I detest complainers. I was super excited about a relaxed visit after being on the road for days. We have enjoyed the shower and the mattress, though really dirty is definitely comfy, though not level. Do love the truck in the yard. :-)”

Fun Easy & Close to Red Rocks
There are two yurts and some trailers on the property with a portapotty and a little solar shower. It is super easy to get to Red Rocks and on the highway. There is no electric or water, but the manager has provided a lot of little extras to help out like a big battery charger and some charcoal and an air horn, etc. I suspect if you are here then you aren't much for creature comforts. We did run in to a rattler next to the fire, not sure if it is the resident rattler or just passing through but we gave it its space and all was well.
