Overall, my stay was excellent! I would stay here again, my favorite part of my stay was the staff. Specifically, John at the front desk and all of the kitchen staff were so kind and accommodating. The only downside to this hotel is the location, it's located in a pretty cramped part of town. However, that does not affect the integrity of the hotel.

Very nice facility and accommodations. Good breakfast. Clean, fresh, with attentive staff. The surrounding area included a marijuana shop, a bail bondsman and a recovery center - as a woman alone I would not go out after dark. No restaurants nearby

John from front desk provided great service when checking out. Overall great value for money with nice free breakfast, big room with cooker and microwave oven. Suitable for families or those who want to do some light cooking.

The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and big. The parking was safe and convenient. The bathroom towels were a little small. Everything else was very comfortable. You do pay $25 a night for parking, but we were aware of that when booking. Its worth it though because you dont have to worry about finding a safe place to park. The front desk was accommodating. Once again the breakfast was fantastic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room felt clean and comfortable, the free breakfast is both a convenient and tasty option. Only negative was the parking situation - $25 per night in the hotel garage and street parking was difficult to find due to the surrounding area. But overall I had a great stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the downtown area!

Good hotel, would stay again!
Hotel was nice, pretty clean, beds were comfortable and staff members were kind. Our window faced an alley-not pretty. Breakfast was excellent, but hotel was short on dishes available to put your breakfast items in all three mornings. I’m not sure why this was a continual and unnecessary problem.

Staff was top-notch, and our room was spotless. The breakfast was marred by undercooked omelets and dirty dishes and forks When I wanted to use the firepit outside to have a lovely dinner, they had completely run out of fuel for it.

The hotel was walking distance from the art museum and we found eating walking distance too. The hotel was clean and modern. Wonderful breakfast. I appreciated the locked parking and secured elevator with a key because the neighborhood felt shady.

Rooms good - No Rooftop Deck Bad
The location of the hotel was great. The studio room was large enough for just myself and had everything I needed. The gym had just enough equipment for me to get a proper workout and the staff were friendly and helpful all the time. Downside was that the rooftop deck was off limits. It's being rented out long term to someone at the hotel. That sucks, as I came to Denver in a time when the weather was great. Had I known the hotel deck was closed, I would have gone to another hotel.
