Hotel and room was nice but you only had two working elevators. It was a busy night so we waited for a very long time just to get on the elevator and finally gave up and decided to take the stairs. Took us a while to find someone to even show us wear the stairs were at. Finally found them outside and around the corner. After we reached the 4th floor there was another line at the elevator so we then had to find a staff member to point us in the right direction of the the stairs that took us to our floor. There were no signs.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds 6 months in advance, then when we arrived they told us that they only had king beds available. That sounded like an upgrade but what they didn't tell us was that it was only one king beds in the room and a sofa that had to be pulled out and made up by us. We then had to go all the way back to reception to complain (this was after 9 pm and we were very tired). The lady on the desk apologized and told us that housekeeping would finish cleaning a double queen in 20 minutes so we waited for that. Overall the room was very clean, very comfortable, the buffet was great and the staff very pleasant and helpful. We were just let down by the poor planning of the company given we had pre booked so far in advance.
