The fridge in the room didn't work at all, there was no lounge chair or sofa, only a hard desk chair, the shower mechanism was partially dysfunctional. Overall deficient rating. And no restaurant.

thin floors / walls.
The structure (I believe) is wood and very cheap/thin. I guess not necessarily the most surprising since it's such an affordable accommodation. But, I was pretty surprised that you could hear every weight change in the floor above us, or even in the hallway when my family was moving around. Was too noisy to sleep and had to use noise-cancelling headphones. Otherwise the hotel is clean, room was spacious, bed very comfortable, excellent breakfast, and great location.

We arrived tired and the night receptionist couldn't find my reservation and I didn't like it, she didn't seem very friendly. We liked the morning receptionist when we left the hotel, she was very kind and offered us breakfast even though it was 5am. I didn't like paying $12 for parking, when I booked the hotel it didn't show where I could pay for parking.
