The hotel location is ideal for great shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very well kept. This is our second stay at this hotel. We were a bit disappointed for the second time around because they never accommodated us with adjoining rooms even though we asked months ahead. We had a room on the second floor and it was very loud because of the ballroom activities going on til midnight. We ate at The Local Jones restaurant in the hotel a few times and were very unimpressed with some of the wait staff. They made no attempt to acknowledge us and others were just rude. Sadly those few instances shadowed the other staffers that were exceptional.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The staff went above and beyond for all our requests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and extremely welcoming. The hotel was quiet and everything was within walking distance.

A niche hotel
We had one room with 2 queen beds. Similar to the hotel photos, the room had no table, no coffee table, chairs or dresser; there were few open outlets. The shower weirdly has a window that shows your face to the bedroom. The low table under the TV and the miniature side table are cluttered respectively with kitschy things like a record player and minibar items. Tiny night tables and the couch are the only places to put anything on. There is a spacious chiller like for drinks in place of a mini-fridge. There are no utensils or microwave. Its seems designed for someone with little luggage who plans to stay only a night. The room was not well lit. The window looked onto a concrete wall, so no sun into the room to add illumination. The hotel has plenty of paid parking in public garages a stone's throw from the entrance and restaurants with very good food within a block. A bonus: Whole Foods is a two-minute walk away. The in-house restaurants also serve generally very good food. The complimentary muffins at the lobby desk were very delicious! The staff is friendly, though almost none of the maids spoke English. The gym is useful and the short, narrow pool and jacuzzi look fine. The rooftop has a great view of the mountains and Denver.

What a fun place to stay right in the center of Cherry Creek shopping! Wonderful restaurants. The hotel was definitely elevated a bit on the pricey side, but worth it.
