The Inn is within 20 min walking distance from Colorado Convention Center. I walked every day and did not use either car or bus or train. The Inn is a bit off of the major Hotels cluster area and the area around it is less urbanized. My 1 bed room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also in a great condition. They serve good complimentary breakfast. On the down side, the air conditioner was very noisy, so I turned it off every night. I did not like what it looked like that some neighbors smoked and the smoke was propagated over the common ventilation system. Overall, I can recommend the Inn to those on a budget but if you are OK spending $50 or $100 per night, then chose a bit higher ranking hotel.

The elevator was out during our visit. They were very nice about it and even gave us a discount. After the 4th floor the stairs were brutal. I was already feeling the effects of altitude but ouch the final 2 flights were especially pain filled! Good coffee

Once the elevator started working, it was fine. I still cannot believe how a hotel with two elevators can let both go out. Breakfast was excellent, great variety. Room was clean, fold out bed was a little worn out. 20 minute walk to the convention center

This is a good choice for the price. Beds were extremely comfortable. The property is basic, but good. It was clean enough for me to feel comfortable staying two nights. Staff was very helpful. Free breakfast available. Longer walk into downtown, or very quick Uber. We did not drive, so no information regarding parking.

The hotel and rooms were very nice, modern, and clean. I was fortunate enough to check my emails prior to my stay and see that the elevators would be out of service, but upon arrival it seems like not all of the guests were as informed as they were not able to climb the stairs in the hotel. One thing that was upsetting was the water bottles that were left in the room were not marked/indicated as being "excluded" from the amenities offered and I was thus charged $10 for the two bottles. However I was refunded the money, but I had to call and clarify this error to ensure I was refunded.

I like the accommodation that the hotel was willing to do due to their elevators being broken. It was fought getting up the stairs to the top floor but free parking.

Rip off no parking, only $45 a night valet! Room door needs to be fixed, it’s clanky, hard to close and lock. Shower area- their shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. They should make sure they’re full before a new person comes in. No light to turn on when you come in to see. Otherwise very clean and friendly service.
