The breakfast host on Friday 10/25 did not treat us like paying customers, and Kevin the Front desk manager was beyond rude and confrontational. On 10/27 he yelled in my face even when asked to lower his voice after yelling at our teenagers who were doing nothing wrong. Our team was there for a hockey tournament and the kids were trying to get more hot chocolate. The hotel staff refused to make more coffee for the adults, nothing available after 10am. Horrible hospitality to all guests. Others in the eating area asked for more coffee before 10 am on other days and were refused.

Nice peaceful stay but bed uncomfortable
Wet peaceful and relaxing, as I like it. The only con is the bed — the mattress is not comfortable. Suggest upgrading the mattresses.
