Hotel was very clean with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast but did run low on food Sat AM. Parking is tight with another hotel right next door. We had to park in back & vehicle was safe. Staff was very responsive & checking how our stay was going.

We always stay at Holiday Inns when we travel because they are always great. This time, although the staff were amazing and the rooms were very clean, the bed was rock hard amd EXTREMELY painful to sleep on. The staff was nice enough to allow us extra pillows that we had to sleep on to try to relieve some of the pain. Also, tryong to sleep in when you arrive late the previpus night is impossible, as the doors to each room slams closed and people don't close them quietly. We will be staying elsewhere next time mainly due to the beds. We paid quite a bit just to be able to lay our heads somewhere at night and we couldn't even do that comfortably.

Upon checking the room, the trash cans were missing trash bags. When asked the cleaning staff, I was told to grab the bags from the cart instead of adding them themselves. I think making sure that all rooms are ready to go before having guest come in would be ideal.

Smelly room And very bad, bad linen.
It smelled of dogs the linen was not good. I stayed one night. Try to get a refund for the other 2 nights. Because I couldn't stay there after the first night. I ended up. Paying for another hotel for the last 2 nights. I would never stay there again.

The excellent review is probably employee made, which is unfortunate because the hotel is really fairly good. Exceptions are we had holes in the bedding, ice machines only on certain floors, and the eggs and sausage links were cold, while the sausage patties were dry and hard. Also you can hear the neighbors in the next room when trying to sleep.

Nice place but jets are broken in hottub
Nice little hotel w indoor pool and spa, the jets were broken in the spa which was a big bummer. Also when the maid Cleaned our Room she only changed one bed sheets instead of Both beds? But breakfast was great and overall a nice place
