Just for a night stay it was ok I was in town for my corporate meeting and this is the only hotel would accept me for early check in the staff was great waive my early check in fee and my pet fee which when I was on the phone I told him I have service animal but he ask me to show my paper works upon arrival I’m a manager myself in one of the La Quinta property and we are not allowed to ask for service animal documentation which is I don’t mind showing her ID but he insists to do so but upon arrival in the property I ask for ground floor but I was assigned in 3rd flr which is ok just for me to check in that early don’t get a chance to inspect my room till I return after my meeting the bed is dirty linen in the 2nd bedroom wasn’t change hair in the bathroom and sink and floors have hairs all over the place breakfast went down in the morning for breakfast attendant lady is mean I hand her the empty creamer bottle and she told me did you not see the trash can Throw it in there which I didn’t see it till she pointed at me elevator is dirty and half way opening and trash outside the elevator by my room is full pillows don’t have zip pillow only one pillow case to cover it finding it not in standard but front desk staff who check me in and out is very helpful waive my pet fee which is very nice of her over all stay it’s ok just needed somewhere to stay to make it through my meeting and not worrying to drive at night back to Colorado Springs that’s why I stayed in…
