The bathroom could use some care. Water pressure was awful, shower curtain wouldn’t close. Hole in back of bathroom door, broken tiles, lighting was not good either. Windows closed but were loose.

Front Desk night/afternoon staff absolutely disrespectful! Upon check in front desk staff was in a full blown argument with someone. Cussing and slamming the counters in front of myself and my 10 yr old. We were just standing there waiting to get checked in and he yelled at me assuming I was with the person he was arguing with. Just drove 16 hrs to attend a funeral we just needed rest. The next night same front desk person threw his phone to the wall after I asked very kindly if we could purchase snacks from the snack area. It’s actually scary! Dripping shower and clogged tub. Elevators don’t work right. Someone got stuck, Firemen showed up to free the person and told staff to post a sign on the elevator and a sign was never posted during our stay. Use an extra $10-$20 bucks and stay somewhere else.

Situated adjacent to 225, this location suffers from significant noise pollution due to poorly insulated windows. The moment you exit the elevators, you're hit with the scent of smoke. The windows appear to have not been cleaned since the building's construction. The internet connection feels like you are back to the dial up ages. It is horrible so bring a hotspot.

Third floor smells like cigarettes/smoke. Both elevators need maintenance, button for fourth floor doesn't work well in either elevator. I was scared the elevator on the right was going to stop or something, sounds weird. Upon arrival, bathroom mirror had a crack, crooked sink head, can't change the shower head output to adjust water pressure, a towel had a hair. The A/C unit was dirty and you can't adjust it nor turn it off (it was very cold). There was a *red* stain on the wall. The phone was dusty and dirty. I didn't have the breakfast, but looked typical, with sausage from a box. You can hear a lot sound from the hall in the room. Door is very thin. You can hear children yelling/running in the morning. Can also hear loud convos/laughs from the housekeeping staff in the mornings... many guests speak Spanish... we know what they are saying... Pro: bed was super comfortable, bathroom was nice and seemed clean, cute toiletries. The hotel as a whole needs an update. You can tell it is a 2 star hotel. It has a lot of potential to actually have a luxurious vibe. I think the pictures are a bit of a grab and show the hotel to be more luxurious than it actually is. The hotel has some items that look fancy (like the eating area, the bed, the bathroom), but others that aren't (the A/C, the elevators, the doors). Decent to stay at if just for sleep. Location is good, has lots of food places and shopping near by. Overall decent condition, but not the best as expected.

Crooked towards the edge of the sink, wouldn't move to center. Hard to wash hands.
Mirror cracked. (I took a video, hence the awkward screenshot).
Dust and lint build up in the vents on A/C. This is notable in person.
