It was our first time in Denver. We got off the plane and headed towards downtown to our hotel. We took the train from the airport ($10 each), super easy and great views. We arrived at our hotel which was right across the train station. We were welcomed by Joseph who was kind, and very helpful. Our room was very clean and our bed so, so comfortable. We even had a balcony. The kitchen had everything you could need, and there was even a laundry room. We went to see the pool from our floor, as you can walk out to a beautiful terrasse that overlooks the pool. We had a morning coffee there, very quiet and pleasant. We loved our stay and would come back again definitely.

The property itself was nice, we enjoyed the amenities. The actual unit we were in was rough - water damage and moldy mildew smell in the bathrooms, scratchy sheets, cheap furniture. We would stay in this building again but would request a different, nicer unit.

This place exceeded my expectations by far. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the amenities, the gym, the pool and Jacuzzi, and the staff was fantastic.

This property is very convenient to transportation and major sports venues. Units are extremely comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars is that there is no in-room coffee except freeze dried Tasters Choice. Going downstairs to get two cups of fresh coffee and then enter your security code in elevator keypad is not a pleasant experience when your hands are full. The only reason for 4 stars on area around the property is the usual noise you would hear in any major downtown area. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay and would definitely stay at Sentral again.

The property was ok, but the furniture was not comfortable at all. The love seat was bad and the bed was suppose to be a queen but it was a full and not very comfortable. For the price I excepted better quality, I would not stay there again.

The people were great. The location was exactly what we wanted. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit downtown. The room itself wasn’t quite what we expected. I believe it was misrepresented. The room itself appeared updated but the furniture was as if they found mismatched pieces from an old apartment.

Great location and property. Second time staying at this property for Red Rocks concert. Took the train from airport and were able to walk everywhere (Shuttle bus to Red Rocks). Having Whole foods and a CVS attached to the building is very convenient too.

Fantastic location and beautiful!
What a great place to stay for a weekend trip to Denver! Recommended this to all my family who were also in town. So many amenities and lots of space. Felt like a hole away from home. Staff were very helpful and super friendly, recognizing me as I came and went. My only heads up is that in the policies, they don't want non- guest visitors since this place is a mix of condos and full time residents. I wanted to bring a couple family members to my place just to relax a bit but couldn't. Slightly disappointed in that, and wasn't sure how strict of a policy that was. For the price & location though, this was a great stay and I will definitely be back for another Rockies weekend to cheer on my cousin and his team.

The property seems to lack a sense of proper hotel management. Despite room availability, they charge an early check-in fee for guests arriving slightly ahead of schedule. While the rooms are spacious and have a contemporary design, the kitchen isn't equipped with user-friendly settings for those who want to do some cooking. Additionally, the bathroom faucet runs poorly, the toilet leaks, and the shower water pressure is weak.

Really disappointed
My recent stay at this property with my friend was a mix of highs and lows. Our check-in experience was exceptional—the staff was professional, friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, setting a positive tone for our stay. The overnight staff maintained this high standard of hospitality. However, our check-out experience was the complete opposite. The morning staff was unfriendly and seemed either annoyed or uncomfortable with us, which was really odd, but also unprofessional and made us feel unwelcomed. Adding to this, the cleaning staff arrived at exactly 11am, giving us the impression that we couldn't stay even a minute longer on the property. This was especially troubling as my friend, who is disabled, needed extra time to navigate the check-out process. My friend was not offered assistance with the luggage cart, and she had to wait for another guest to open the elevator because our access code was disabled precisely at 11:00 AM. The lack of professionalism and the lack of consideration for my friend's disability was shocking and extremely inconsiderate. Due to this disappointing and distressing experience, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.
