It needs some updating. Bathroom toilet wobbles when you sit on it. Carpeting looks dirty. Air is smoky stale. AC is negligible. Bed fine. Staff was great, but breakfast wasn’t really breakfast. Good coffee but otherwise just yogurt, a banana and a waffle maker. Not much else. Again, room was biggest issue.

not a bad hotel - neighborhood is a little rough
the room we had was very large it had two large queen beds small kitchenette two large sitting chairs and two couches both of which turned into beds it was very nice to have so much room and everyone had their own bed only issue is the area is slowly getting worse quite a few nardowells wandering around esp after night some others who looked like they may have just been doing drugs and just not a super friendly family area

Very disappointed in the customer service. After a long day, we just wanted to relax and watch TV. The TV did not work and it took two hours for them to get somebody to come and look at it . after looking at it they did move us to a different room Which was definitely nicer than the original room we were in and the TV worked .

There were people dealing drugs outside. N hanging out outside the hotel. My window was busted n wouldn’t lock it was in the second floor but that doesn’t matter I didn’t feel safe and I have children there was no pool and when I went to breakfast it was like people who weren’t staying there was coming from outside to eat it’s sad but come on we are paying customers n have nothing to eat and it was 7 am

Quick family weekend trip
Stayed with the famiky for two nights. The room was very outdated and the cleanliness was questionable at best. The blakets were gross and we used our own blankets that we went and bought. We also bought our own pillows because the ones on the bed were tiny and uncomfortable. The bathroom was fine. There some shady characters in the parking lot at night too. It was fine for a quick trip, but wpuld not recommend for a long stay.

Our room was clean but we did kill 2 bugs in the room, one in the chair cushion. It was a quiet hotel room for sleeping. The breakfast served was adequate. Scrambled eggs or something similar would have been appreciated.
