Property was clean and most staff were very friendly. The bartender was very distracted and had a difficult time getting her attention as she appeared to have friends at the bar. Breakfast was very good.

Absolutely the best and most beautiful motel we had ever stayed in. The rate was unbeatable. The view was of the mountains. The staff was so friendly. It was so very clean. The bathroom was amazing. I can’t say enough good about this motel. I hope someday we can find a special rate like we did this time because we will stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights visiting from Texas. Celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary in Colorado. Beautiful hotel! All staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Colorado.

We love this hotel!
We absolutely love staying at the Benson when we come to Denver for my husband’s medical appointments. They are right by the hospital, and they have secure valet parking that we are more than happy to pay for the security we get from it being in Aurora. The hotel is beautiful and we upgraded this time to the kind suite and it was absolutely worth it! Such a beautifully decorated room! Soaking my stresses away in the soaking tub was just what I needed! We ate a late lunch and had dessert later in the room, Chef Donovan is amazing! Food is impeccable! We will always continue to stay here when we come to Aurora!

Fantastic building/rooms/restaurant. Room was well decorated and comfortable. My only concern was the staff working the front desk. I’ve never had such a long check in process (and I was the only person checking in). A bit of an attitude from the lady working also. This hotel was great. Everything was nice. Room was clean. food was great at the restaurant downstairs, etc. The best part was their staff. Super friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with our room and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. I highly recommend The Benson!

Was a very nice and pleasant stay with no issues. Everyone of the staff was immensely helpful along with a constant, warm and welcoming smile. It would really help to have a good parking situation that is free and right by the hotel as valet can get a bit tricky when you need to take the car in and out multiple times even though I have to point out that the valet staff was more than helpful. That was my only minor concern. Other than that, everything was perfect, especially the beautiful and cozy rooms.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed out. The hospitality of the staff is A . Our stay felt just like I was a home away from home. The hotel was sooo clean and restaurant food was top tier. Cliff the hotel staff that checked us in was exceptional. He answered all of our questions and was available with knowledge about local business that we could dine in. Cliff made our stay amazing. This was our first time in Colorado and we will be coming back in the near future to stay at The Benson.
