1. Check-In/Check-Out:
* Check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00. We can be flexible, but there will be a minimum charge of £25 for a maximum of 2 hours either side of the designated check-in & check-out times.

2. Smoking:
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

3. Pets:
* Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises.

4. Quiet Hours:
* Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. No loud music or disruptive behaviour during these hours.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
* The maximum number of guests is 2. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests.

6. Parties and Events:
* Parties and events are not allowed.

7. Cleanliness:
* We take pride in providing a clean and tidy space. Please clean up after yourself, and follow the provided guidelines for garbage disposal.

8. Damages:
* Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

9. Security:
* Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave the property. Please do not share access codes with unauthorised individuals.

10. Amenities:
* Please use amenities (such as kitchen appliances, electronics, etc.) responsibly. Any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

11. Parking:
Parking is free of charge in the courtyard area at the rear of the building or outside the main entrance on the gravel or designated parking bays.

12. Recycling:
* Help us be eco-friendly! Please separate recyclables from regular trash and place them in the designated bins.

*A security deposit of £100 GBP is required. This will be refunded within 5-10 days of check-out, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur.

We didnt stay was nothing like the pictures just used room to get dressed for wedding then stayed somewhere else wasnt what we was expecting at all
