Perfect location to move around, close to the freeway but far enough so as to not be disturbed. Relaxing and almost magical setting, nice pool and welcoming hosts. Recommended!

Una vera oasi di pace camere se si vuole un po’ spartane ma la cura degli spazi esterni la bella piscina gli ambienti comuni sono notevoli. Migliorabile la colazione, un po’ modesta.

Ottima posizione, non isolata, ottima testa di ponte per numerose città umbre. Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Location molto bella, verde e silenziosa. Camere essenziali, in tre abbiamo riscontrato un po di difficoltà per riporre/appendere vestiti. Camere pulite e fresche con condizionatore e ventilatore a soffitto. Si sente la manca della reception fissa. Qualche volta abbiamo faticato a contattare il gestore ma una volta trovato ha sempre risolto prontamente i piccoli problemi. Ottima colazione offerta da un piccolo bar bordo piscina. Piscina sufficientemente grande e curata. Lettini o ombrelloni sempre presenti. Ristorante in loco "Il chicco di grano" molto apprezzabile. Deruta a due passi con grosso Supermercato e negozi. Torneremo sicuramente provando però gli appartamenti con cucina.
