Was a great place to stay , the kids pool broke while we were there but otherwise awesome place to stay @!breakfast had many options with children this was a bonus for us Thank you we’ll definitely be staying again

This is a motel. There are over 100 people that work for Adventureland living in this hotel. They have made sure the place is as dirty as a hoarders kitchen, after dark when they get off work they throw parties in the parking lot creating a super unsafe feeling. We left and came back to find a zip tie on our patio door. The said residents hang their laundry to dry on banisters of the suites and then go to work at the front desk. I was actually terrified for my life staying here alone with three young girls. My daughter (15) was sexually harassed by workers in uniform drinking and playing music on a speaker near the pool that was in a different language. I could go on for hours about our terrible experience but please if you are a family DO NOT STAY HERE. It isn’t your average fear, even the security patrolling is scared of these individuals living here and refused to engage.

Beds were ok, liked that the room wasn’t carpeted, shower curtain and bath towels were stained, breakfast was unexpectedly good, more of a buffet style breakfast. Hotel and hallways could use an update. Overall a good or ok Value for your money if you plan ahead.

Worst hotel stay ever, depressing actually. This hotel is very rundown, dirty, bedding is a joke. Carpets have giant stains through out. Same trash was left in the hallways for days. Pool with swim up bar and hot tub in that area were also very dirty. We were to stay for three nights and we could not stay the final night. We left and I paid for a room elsewhere with no money back. Was 💯 worth it too, sad this hotel has been let go this long. Adventureland theme park was a beautiful, clean, well kept place. This hotel doesn't deserve to share the name.

Cleanliness was an issue
Apparently, because we booked through Expedia, they would not upgrade our rooms to be closer to the pool. Instead, we were on the backside of the building, and the carpets in the hallway were absolutely filthy, with stains all over. The rooms were very basic and after seeing the hallway, we were not feeling real good about how clean the rooms were, although they were ok. The TV did not work in our room, And the shade came down from the top, so we could not look outside unless we opened the entire shade over the patio door. I will say the people that worked there were all very friendly and tried to be accommodating.

Our stay was good. The check in process was quick and easy. The pool was right out our door, that was awesome for our kids. The only drawbacks we had were that the pool area was so warm and humid that at times it felt uncomfortable as well as when we asked for more towels they told us that 4 of their washing machines were broken so if they had towels they would try to bring them to us. My kids loved the arcade that was onsite.

The hotel is on the grounds of Adventureland Park. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The property is old and needs a lot of work. Carpet in the hall way id filfty. Our rooms were clean. They have a free breakfast until 10am that is ok. The kids also have an arcade to go to on the second floor. Two pools and two hot tubs the hot tub on the east side is not working. It is fun for kids. The beds were comfortable.
