Hotel did not have the reservation from Hotels.com even though I was charged, its been 48 hours refund is still processing, finally able to get 1 of the 2 room reserved and it had cockroaches and was used wash clothes in it

It is what it is.
Wasnt as bad as some of the reviews. Just very sketchy people lurking around, no amenities at all, outdated and shabby, and bed was extermely noisy. Fine to just spend 6 hours sleeping and leave immediately

It’s a reason I stopped staying at Motel 6 and this place REMINDED ME!! What’s crazy is the staff was AWESOME but the place was just SUPER NASTY!!! Needs pressure washing and a whole lot of work!! DO NOT stay here! Avoid at all cost!!

Quite literally the worst place I've ever stayed. Cockroaches everywhere in my first room on the floor and coming out of the walls. I counted 7 but I left the room as fast as possible; there were surely more. Second room I only saw one cockroach. Shoutout though to the front desk worker for switching my room ASAP and checking on me to see if the second room was any better. It's not his fault, but this place needs to be fumigated or something. Just seems like an unsafe place overall and whoever owns it obviously doesn't care. I am a very cheap person so I don't expect luxury and with the price my expectations weren't high, but these rooms are quite literally unsuitable for human occupancy. There were a ton of people staying so obviously they're getting money so maybe do at least the bare minimum? Hoping y'all improve solely for the employees that have to work there and the people who can't afford to stay anywhere else.

Motel 6 said they couldn't find our expedia reservation. Despite having called the hotel directly the morning of my reservation to confirm the reservation. 10 hours later they suddenly couldn't find the reservation. The hotel was sketchy. Hotel lobby was dirty.

If you get a room on the front of the property, the noise from the interstate is terrible. Overall it is not well kept and seems to be kind of sketchy. I try to only stay there when I need cheap.

Don’t do it!
This hotel did not honor the price that Hotels.com gave, even though I showed them the price reflected on the reservation I was charged full price and was refused the refund. I have never experienced this before when I booked with hotels.com for any other hotel. Customer service sucks at this hotel and I don’t care how much of a budget I’m on I will never stay at here again. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t stay here.

Basic place to shower & sleep
The place is outdated but figured you get what you pay for when trying to save money. Ended up extending my stay in the same room but when I went back to the room later in the evening all of my stuff was gone from the room and was advised there was nothing they could do until morning. I did get the majority of my stuff returned but several items were still missing and they couldn’t find them so assuming they were thrown away. This was a first as I’ve not had this issue before.

Typical Hotel 6.
It is what it is. If you expect a Hotel 6 to be some luxurious place to stay, you might want to rethink a lot of things. It was old and run down, basically a typical Hotel 6. I was only in the room for about 8 hours. The bed was average, no one broke into my room, and the shower had hot water.
