I was hesitant with all the reviews, but overall, for the price, we had a good stay.
Check in: we did online check in that was sent to us, but still had to wait in line in the lobby for keys and our room was not ready at check in time. They finally found us a different room.
I can tell you one woman was down there upset as she found bedbugs and none of the staff knew what to do or would try to accommodate her. Another man was upset no one had come to see if he needed his room cleaned for 3 days and was told he needed to hang a sign outside his door, which no one gave him.
Our room: it was clean and there was a staff member checking on it when we arrived. The hallway smelled of marijuana, but that really is not their fault, but not sure if anyone addressed it either. Someone else told me later their room had rose petals on the floor and food in frig, so not always clean.
Waterpark: crowded (but again, not their fault), but still places to play. Hot tub for adults only but jets did not work.
Breakfast: in the bar area and it consists of breakfast pizza, a bowl of fruit, juice, and coffee. Not a lot of choices, but overall good. They had trouble keeping up on the pizza with as many people in there to eat.
I think this hotel could be really nice, but I feel maybe Ramada needs to step in, train the employees better, It is cheaper than many around the area and has more to do in the hotel. You will take your chances staying there.
